I extend my heartiest praise to the government of Qatar to decide the production of a movie on prophet Mohammed, may all peace be upon him.
I read a bit of a detail about this movie and apparently here we are not talking about a documentary alone. Nor are we talking about the brainchild of a single person. Instead, what has been said about the movie is that it is going to be a multi-million dollar project to produce a film that is at par with the highest standards in the industry.
At the very same time, extreme care and diligence would be exercised to make a movie which best represent seeratunabawi yet at the same time does not, in anyway, compromise the respect and reverence that the last messenger of God rightfully deserves. Toward this end, many Islamic scholars and authorities on Islam belonging to different schools of thought would be consulted in order to make the movie fully in accordance with the injunctions of Islam.
It is confidently hope that this movie would not only provide an ample amount of information regarding our prophet to the muslims but will also allow non-muslims to gain an authentic perspective upon the life of our prophet, peace be upon him.
I pray to God that this movie be a great success of all time, and may God reward the good intentions of all those who came up with the idea, all those who would give it form and all those who would benefit from it.
Its an excellent project and a interested in seeing it. Wll there be criticism yes, will there be praise yes.
Anytime you deal with religious material there will always be those who may misinterpret information or be insulted and offended. One has to tread very carefully especially when a subject such as this is presented to the public.
I am 100% certain that the producers have good intentions, but you will have a few who may disapprove. Sadly those who disapprove may make mischief and lives may be lost. It's sad that discussing the prophet you have to tread very carefully. But thankfully the majority won't be offended but feel proud of the film.
History is a tough subject to get 100% correct. Kudos to those trying to make the film.
It will be interesting to see the film's interpretation and if it, too, stirs controversy.
Thnks for sharing bro..........
