US and Nato's are not there for Bin Laden or Taliban, they are on a mission to solve most probably Domestic issues of an average Afghan, one of these nut is recently appointed General civilize, who has shown his interest in Killing Afghans for fun.

The US whould understand that while Afghanistan is indeed a basket case, it doesnt need to be their basket case. Their own reports have identified Laden to be somewhere in pakistan and not afghanistan, so the reason why they still need to be there is a mystery.

And no, I dont believe they would everbe able to bring the kind of freedom or democracy that they believe in, in that part of the world. Even if they (NATO forces) finish off the Taliban (highly unlikely), the moment they get out of there, the warlords are gonna bounce right back and stsrt the squabble. It is one part of the world which no amount of effort can make into anything other than what it has always been. A strife torn country. Started before Alexander, will continue to be, even after NATO.

Who is ruling Afghanistan now? Is it Taliban or American forces? The ruling body is responsible to stop such criminal acts and if they are not able to do that, despite of having all the power over Afghanistan, then there is no point in staying there and complaining that Taliban did so and so.........

What is it that keeps driving this behaviour whether they blame it on the westerners, the russians, and when there is no outsiders they do it against their neighbours, and when there are no neighbours they do it against their brothers and sisters.

Verily, he among you who lives (long) will see great controversy, so you must keep to my Sunnah and that to the rightly guided (in beliefs and actions) Caliphs after me; cling to them. Mohd Arif, if your are in Afghanistan, no need to ask for the witnesses, your fellow countrymen and even you have known their barbaric acts. For us, since we are far from that place our only source are news, with witnesses as basic evidence of these practices. People opinions basically based on news they received, but mind you there will be no news if there were no occurences.

couple of days ago two Afghan civilians were crushed by reckless civilized drivers in Kabul, but Time missed those dead bodies.

Yeah nomerci... But, this is not a single such case of RESCUE. The big daddy has so far taken care of thousands of Afghans wounded in NATO or US Air Strikes or the so called "Collateral Damages". They are admitted in the US top hospitals getting best treatments & the world's media is praising the US for its humanitarian efforts. How could you miss all this?

The Taliban didn't rule by the Sharia alone. This is a huge misconception. In fact when they came into power they burned books of many 'ulamaa namely Imam Abdul Wahhab, Raheemullah. They did this to prevent Muslims under their command from learning the true Islam. The Islam of the Prophet & his sahabah by the understanding of the correct scholars upon the haq. Taliban is a party of extremists who have their own deviated rules and penalties.They practiced takfeer and would judge a Muslim to be Kaafir simply cos he committed what was in their opinion a major sin but what may or may not have been so.In turn they would then put to death whom they pleased. Under their regime a woman who even exposes her face was put to death. They forbade their subjects getting the right education & instead taught them their misguided manhaj. Many scholars of the haq today speak out against them. The way they recruit too is scary. Never never attribute their actions to Sharia. They are far from the teachings of the Prophet Peace be upon him!
