There is only issue of occupied Kashmir by India. Kashmir is a land where the Kashmiri is widely spoken and is populated by the Kashmiris people. The area of Gilgit, Baltistan, is totally different which is populated by different people, and none there can speak or understand the Kashmiri language and culture.

The Indian propaganda machines have been mixing up the things in order to avoid the Kashmir solution.

Moreover none of the media houses have any idea of the ground realities there, while on ground, we know it from crux.

Yes, Pakistani Kashmir is part of united Kashmir. This is a modern and well changed world, where old examples do not resemble.

One most important fact that India at large has been ignoring is that Pakistan has been in the wars for most of its 70 years history. So, its military, weapons, systems, and strategies are well improvised on the failures, mistakes and experienced learned, viz. a viz. regional threats.

Having said that, everyone sensible person knows that war is no solution, because, before or after war, the parties have to sit and find a solution via dialogues.

India, being the bigger of the region, has a responsibility to engage all the parties into a sustained and constructive dialogue, and everyone is sure, that they would sooner or later find a viable solution to the long standing Kashmir issue.

Leaving it like this, and show military muscle has not resolved it and will never resolve it.

Pakistani army butchered 3,000,000 Bangladeshis and raped an estimated 200,000 and 400,000 Bangladeshi women during Operation Searchlight and declared that Bengali women were 'war booty' (ISIS is following this but on a smaller scale). Indian kept quite and did not interfere even when millions of Bangladeshis started to poor into India. On 3 December 1971 Pakistan Air Force (PAF) launched a pre-emptive strike on Indian Air Force bases, an act of unprovoked aggression; India responded with its forces and liberated Bangladesh and gave its freedom. It did not illegally occupy Bangladesh even though it could easily do so. India was the only country that intervened and took on Pakistan who had the baking of America and All weather friend China. Even when America sent the USS Enterprise deemed a nuclear threat against India in support of Pakistan we did not back-off and fought for what is right. India took on China when the whole world turned their backs on the Tibetans and did nothing when China illegally occupied Tibet and continues to do so. India gave the Dalai Lama and Tibetans refuge and stands by them even today. India gained freedom from the British through non violence and belives in freedom and democratic rule. Repeating a lie 1,000 times doesn't make it true.

This saga reminds me of the following joke:

In the large Scottish city of Glasgow there is a long history of rivalry between the supporters of its two major football teams, Glasgow Celtic and Glasgow Rangers, In the past this rivalry has often led to hatred and violence which continues to this day.

Celtic and Rangers were playing the last match of the season and the winners would become champions of the Scottish League.

A rather small and thin Rangers supporter got confused on his way into the stadium and ended up standing in the Celtic part of the ground. This was very bad news for the poor wee man and he quickly took off his Rangers scarf and stood there trying to look even smaller and being very afraid.

The match kicked off and within minutes Rangers scored the first goal. The little chap wanted to cheer but common sense told him to keep quiet because he was now surrounded by rather bad tempered Celtic supporters.

Not long after the goal was scored a very large, hairy hand appeared from behind and tapped him on the shoulder. He turned round and there behind him stood two gorillas dressed in green and white. The blood drained from his face, he stood like a condemned man. Then a deep voice spoke to him in a broad Glasgow accent.

'Hey you! Go and get me a Bovril!' it said.

He had no choice but to obey, his very life was at stake. The gorilla spoke again.

'And before ye go, leave your shoe here!'

So he meekly took of his shoe, left it on the ground and disappeared off to get a Bovril.

When he returned he handed the drink to the gorilla and looked down to find his shoe. To his horror he discovered that while he was away one of the gorillas had taken an enormous crap in his shoe.

'Put it on!' a voice from behind commanded.

Wanting to go on living, he had no choice and reluctantly put his foot back into the shoe. He stood wearing the foul shoe, thinking this was not the best day in his life and things just could not get any worse. Then the voice of the other gorilla spoke from behind.

'Hey you, wee smelly man! Go and get me a Bovril, and leave your other shoe here!'

Again, the poor man had to do what he was told if he wanted to go on living. He squelched off on his one shoe to complete his errand. When he returned with the drink he was not surprised to see that the other shoe now contained a large, stinking deposit.

'Put it on!' came the command from behind.

The unfortunate man had to stand in his shoes for the rest of the match. The smell was so bad by the end that the crowd moved away and he had quite a large space to himself.

After what seemed like a lifetime the final whistle blew and he was free to leave the ground. Off he squelched, sliding around in his shoes, followed by a large cloud of buzzing flies now.

As he walked or slid down the road from the stadium he came upon a BBC outside broadcast van. A reporter in sheepskin coat approached him and wrinkled his nose in disgust as he got near.

'Excuse me sir (god, what a stink), we're doing a report on hatred and violence between Celtic and Rangers fans.'

He put his microphone to the small man's face.

'I wonder if you have any comments'.

The small man grabbed the microphone and said.

'Yes I certainly have. There will always be trouble in this city, so long as they are shitting in our shoes and we are pissing in their Bovril!'

United Nations Security Council Resolution 47, clearly states that Pakistan FIRST pull out its troops it illegally push into Kashmir and India has to leave minimum number of troops to keep civil order. Pakistan violated the resolution by illegally occupying parts of Kashmir which it then illegally gifted to China. Once Pakistan withdraws it troops and China return the illegally gifted part of Kashmir by Pakistan, only then can a plebiscite be held. India has never opposed the UN resolution and has no objection to a plebiscite. India was invited by the rulers of Kashmir to Protect Kashmir when attacked by Pakistan. Take my word, if India loses Kashmir, Pakistan too will see mayhem in Balochistan. That will possibly lead towards another division of Pakistan. BJP is different from Congress.

Modi is going to make another blunder by start a war. As per reports, he has ordered to deploy heavy weapons on the Kashmir border in order to start bombing inside Pakistan.

There is no UN resolution or conflict in Baluchistan or Baltistan.

There is absolutely no popular movement at public level any where in Pakistan.

However Indian sponsored agents are trying to ignite something, but finding no way forward.

Those who rely their understanding of the internal issues of Pakistan on one sided media, are factually unaware of the ground realities there.

Kashmiris are now unstoppable because their struggle has migrated from old generation to young and new generation, who are ready to fight even with stones and sticks like the Palestinians.

Lets talk about Baluch and Balistan people

Perhaps Mufti has not seen the clip of a Muslim, who was smelled to have eaten beef and then two people held his arms, and two his legs, making him afloat, then two more with heavy sticks beaten him with their full might in order to break his backbones, legs and all down area.

There is a strong sentiment in Pakistan, that Kashmir should be given freedom, none is talking about annexing Kashmir and attaching it with Pakistan.

If the dialogue starts, Pakistan would easily agree to the freedom concept of Kashmir, but who would bell the cat? Who would compel India to leave Kashmir?

India has, so far been following a strategy of increasing its military might and diplomatic clout as well as bigger size to subdue Pakistan, which has been totally wrong all along, rather, it has forced Pakistan to customize the nuclear weapons so that those could be used to fend off Indian aggression, AND, that weapons are so precise that they can neutralize most of the Indian army bases within a few days.

Indian media and political leadership is so stupid that they do not understand the grave impact of military solution of Kashmir. Any cross border attack, would turn away billions of international investment from India, in the first place.

International investments in Pakistan are already negligible.

Being a Kashmiri I don't want Kashmir to become part of Pakistan. It will be a disaster for us. And UN resolutions give us only two options I. E India or Pakistan. There is no 3rd option. Independence is next to impossible.

Brit's idea is good, but who would bell the cat.

Who would force India to sit, discuss and agree to it.

Here's a novel idea .. Give Kashmir its independence

Pakistan did not take any advantage or benefit by supporting the just cause of Kashmiris. Rather it has lost the developmental opportunities while fighting several wars for their just cause of freedom.

Why would Israel equip the Indian forces with the Pallet guns and help them make long range missiles, because the core reality is that Israel and India both have no sympathy for the Muslims any where including Kashmir.

The past 1400 years of history is witness, that one can slave any nation, by cannot enslave the Muslim.

Kashmir is the only Muslim majority start in India, and it is a dispute that is the unfinished dispute of Hindu and Muslim Partition of sub continent -1947.

Modi's foolish efforts to promote Hinduism recently has naturally ignited the freedom struggle in Kashmir.

Well Kashmir issue is essentialy political in nature but Pakistan turned it into religious by pushing Jihadis into Kashmir and by supporting local Islamists. India's biggest blunder has been it's refusal to engage with Kashmiri leadership which only increased alienation among the masses of which Pakistan took advantage. And of course the erosion of autonomy also fueled anti-india sentiments.

India got to understand the historical and naked fact, that if the Muslims were to accept the rule of others, they could not have had their own 60 countries.

Modi's projection of Hindu religion as the supreme way of living has in fact given a feel of rejection to the Kashmiri Muslims, which is why they are up against the United India.

Let them go into a referendum and decide at their free will, as per UN resolutions and India's back tracked commitments. This is what the "Honesty and Morality Demands".

Let them choose either India or Pakistan or Independence but greed has no end, after digesting Nagaland, Assam and related territories, India want Kashmir to be their territory one way or the other.

So it boils down to this:

India says Pakistan is causing problems.

Pakistan says that India is the cause and it is being unfairly blamed.

Once again, both sides use their own propoganda to sway the public ..

There is more to it. This is not the complete information.If Indian security forces are terrorizing people , so is the other side. Pro-Pakistan stone pelters have made the life of common people miserable. They don’t allow people to open schools or shops. Anyone defying the strike call of pro-Pakistan separatists in beaten. Houses of policemen and pro-India Kashmiris are burnt down by mobs. Militants are openly addressing rallies and calling for Jihad and Sharia. And this is what blue-eyed monster across the border wants.
