For those of you who knew who Miriam Makeba and what she brought to the western world in terms of her music!
Miriam passed away in Roam last night during a concert in Italy. Lets give thanks to God for blessing her with the ability to help bring peace through her music. Miriam will be greatly missed around the world by many fans, and those in the music community who had the pleasure of working and befriending her.
You're welcome dear C. Im dreaming of our (you, your wifey and moi) upcoming trip too! :P

Can you tell me is She the one who was a Guest singer on Paul Simon's African Concert Held in Uganda back in late 70's.
I have the DVD of the concert & Just want to make sure.
