EC advises PalestinNational union government

"John Ging, director of UNRWA (agency of the UN that supports the palestinian refugees), disclosed yesterday that half million of people in the Stripe of Gaza does not have access to the water since the beginning of the conflict and that a significant number continues without having electricity.
