Pak pvt schools ban Malala’s book ,

Islamabad: Malala Yousufzai's book has been banned in Pakistan's private schools after the teenage activist was accused of becoming a tool of the West for writing "highly controversial" contents in her memoir.

The All Pakistan Private Schools Federation (APPSF) issued a statement, saying it has been decided that Malala's book, 'I am Malala', would never be made part of the libraries or the curriculum in private schools. Tribune 11.11.2013.

Its banned because this so called brave men are actually scared of girls with an education and who puts them in their place........Asked why the Taliban were opposed to girls' education, Malala said, "They are afraid of us. They are afraid of women. A woman is powerful but when she gets education she becomes more powerful. They do not want women to take part in society, in the development of a society. They think that the only job of women is to cook food, to serve the family, to give birth to children, to feed them."

It's all interconnected isn't it. Pakistan and places like it ban books by a girl who urges the education of women, so that they continue blaming women for being raped. If the women were educated they might realize what cave men they're living with.

If students in Pakistan are anything like me, and the people I went to school with, the best way to ensure no one reads the book is to set it as part of the curriculum.

Banning a book just makes people want to read it more. Set it as homework and no one will want to touch it.

Yes because you really want to appease murderous men, driven by religion who are so without morals that they attack schools and kill children.

Probably a move geared to appease the Taliban and stop possible attacks on the schools.
