Where can i get a UVB bulb for reptiles?

I am urgently in need of a UVB bulb, does anyone know if they are available in Qatar?

I've sought every petshop in Doha but no luck, they didnt have them.

The bulb im looking for is like Reptisun (if anyone knows)

How about a pharmacy- UVB lamps are used for some medical conditions- not sure if they would be suitable though.
