You need to have an import permit to bring any animal into Qatar. There are certain regulations that have to be followed before you can make an application for an import permit.
Depending on where your dog is coming from you may also need an export permit or health certificate.
You need to make sure that your dog is old enough to enter Qatar, is not a restricted breed and if it is one of the snub-nosed breeds then you need to find an airline that will carry it (this includes pekignese, shih tzu, lhasa apso, pugs, staffies etc).
