Flight Buddy for our Baby Cat to Vancouver

We would like to send our Cat to Vancouver Canada to our daughter. If you know of anyone travelling to Vancouver and would be kind enough to accompany our Cat we will be greatful. It is a fairly simple procedure the cat will be taken like excess baggage and we will pay for all costs involved. WE target to send him between Feb - Mid March any time. He is fully vaccinated and has a microchip and passport.

Would you please suggest anything or anyone who can help me finding my cat?
