Dog Found looking for his owner

I found a german shephered dog, lost in the parking of the center on 30 August evenning.Please help me find his owner.

The dog is definetelly lost and not abandonned as it was wearing a laisse when found.

the dog is healthy, very well trained and very nice, seems that it was well taking care of.
