Yes. they will give you exit permit. for that you have to take your pets to Govt.Vetinary Clinic situated near old airport signal (Wakra) Before this signal was known as parachute round about. If you are going from Airport signal go straight towards wakra before reaching the signal take right bylane. you can see, shoprite, Al shaheen, Doha enterprises group etc. Also you can see one sign board on main road showing Qatar Animals Vetinary Clinic and also bylane there is sign board near to hospital. You have to take your pets 7 days before and do the vaccination.Pl.Confirm. they will issue one certificate and you have to buy cage according to IATA rules and regulations.
