Cats

I have a few stray cats. they stay in our garden, I have nuetered two of them. Recently both my kids are falling sick and doctors advised not to have pets at home. So i am forced to let them go, anyone can suggest what can be done with them. There are two mothers and they have 3 kittens each so i have total of 8 cats.

Please someone advise, i will appreciate that.
