Your dog can't travel until it is at least 4 months old and it's rabies vaccination has to be older then 30 days.

You'll need export permits, import permits (depending on what country you want to go to), vaccination records etc.

Bring you dog, cats and whatever. For gods name don't ruin qatar's streets with dog squat. Jogging with dogs is one thing. But letting them poo on footpath. How would you feel if someone left a bag of garbage at your doorstep?

Contact Dohavets, or one of the other vets: they are very experienced in dealing with all the procedures required for international pet relocations and can give you all the advice you need.

How you take a pet back to your country is a matter that you should contact your country's government about.

Certainly in the UK it's a complex issue.
