Are kittens allowed to be shipped to Qatar?

By an online seller? I found this place that sells kittens online (http://dollfacepersiankittens.com/) and I was wondering if they'll allow the kitties into Doha? I know cosmetics and fluids aren't allowed by mail, but what about pets? For more info on their shipping and such, go to http://dollfacepersiankittens.com/shipping-information/ .
It's also has also been recognized by the TCA and http://www.bbb.org/kansas-city/business-reviews/pet-shops/doll-face-persian-kittens-in-unionville-mo-99121836/ gave it an A+.
And also, they have sold many kittens, in fact, someone on Yahoo Answers (I think) recommended it. The shipping info page also has a lot of info about how they're treated.
I actually want to get it for two main reasons, one is to stop the breeder from breeding more teacup and toy kittens. Its price is higher than the other kittens because they're more willing to bread it. Second of all, I can't find this specific bread, which is the most suitable for my lifestyle.
Most airlines will NOT ship persian cats because of the possibility/probability of breathing issues.
Any person or company who would sell an animal online is not going to have a good "product". You might as well buy one from Souq Waqif and watch it die slowly from disease and poor breeding after spending 1000s of riyal at the vet - at least you won't have spent the airfare as well.
Go to the various vet offices here, they often end up with kittens that need good homes. At the very least they will have been cared for and fed properly.
thats awful , u dont know how these kittens were treated but definitely selling them online doesn't indicate a good treatment. Try to adopt instead, check cats in qatar facebook page or QAWS website.
