Any body knows where we can buy Vodafone batteries?

I bought one Vodafone set in Doha.As I lost the battery I went all the vodafone outlets in Doha but I didint find the battery. The vodafone staff also dont know where
these batteries are available. I also searched most of the mobile shops in Al Najda souk.If you know please help.
