work visa (IT) - how to get?

My goal is to get a IT job in qatar. How do I get a work visa when I don't get any job offer in IT? Should I get a work visa for some other job and work in that field and search side by side for IT job? Do you think this approach will work? Please advice your ideas.

Kumar , Register with top agents in Mumbai , apply online vacancies , call all uncles / aunties in gulf ..... you will definitely find a way to get on a highway ................................ ...............

first search a job and the company will sponsor you with their work visa...if not then you need to go back
