Where do we go from here.

I have a friend working in a British Co. for 3yrs.and is due for a vacation last 26 MAr. on the 22nd received a termination letter. he was promised gratuity in a week's time or so...the problem..no NOC.

Same thing happened just this morning here in my company. an office mate is due for a vacation on April 02, just this morning he received a termination letter, no Gratuity and no NOC...BOTH DID NOT RECEIVE A MONTH'S NOTICE PRIOR TO TERMINATION.

WORKING WITH THE LABOR DEPT.MAY TAKE LONG AND EXPENSIVE..SHOULD THEY JUST GO HOME AND TRY THEIR LUCK SOME COUNTRY ELSE...
