STEM CELLS ...........

As you know STEM CELLS THERAPY is mush sought after treatment for genetic diseases.
In Qatar, there were talks to start this by Qatar Foundation. I dont know how far it is gone.
INDIA is a largest exporter of STEM CELLS to major countries like China, Australia, Indonesia and Canada.
Can India export to QATAR ?-- wht is the procedure ? Who are the people to contact and get certified ?

i heard the ther will be a stem cell research here soon.. i am sure they will not import from india.

I have heard that Richard Branson was once planning to establish a stem cell research facility here in Qatar.There were talks between Virgin and the Qatari authorities about this issue.
