I think that you should look to take the best that comes with any organisation and ignore the bad. Be positive and I am sure you will do well.

Be careful working with Qatar Airways in food and beverage section. In addition to halaal items, they don't abstain from offering haraam items to passengers; scholars have agreed upon this that working with such an airline is haraam and the person's earning will also be haraam. So, anybody's whose earning is haraam, his noble deeds will be wasted as advised by prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him). Our purpose in this world is a test that we must take and live our life according to instructions that Allah revealed to us; so be careful brother and look for another option. Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) said that whoever abandons something for the sake of Allah's pleasure, Allah will bless with better than what he wished for.
