No part time jobs for students this summer?

I have been trying to find any job, just for the sake of doing something through the hot routine of the summer in Qatar and for some kind of an income, i believe in my skills and i think i can be useful somewhere, yet i either get lazy of searching or forget about it easily when i hear people talking about no part time jobs here..

I am 21yr, an electrical engineering student, good with Apple computers/prodcuts, photography, music, ect..

I would love a job at an Apple dealer or any Apple products section, but it's not limited to that, i am willing to do whatever i have the skill to do in a good way.

PS. first language is Arabic, second, would be English..

If anyone got any advice or can direct me in the right way, i would totally appreciate that!
