Mechanical Engineer -Is there any Life qatar

i am basically an mechanical engineer and i am in sales field since 5 years in india ,recently i came to qatar for mechanical sales.already working.

1) Here is there any good technical training institutes to update my knowledge and join any big opportunieties like QP and other big companies.......

2)Is there any good immigration placement job consultants to go any other country with good job and good pay from here directly.

i am really very hardworking and very enthusiatic ...my age is 28 now.
