Looking for HR opportunites in Doha

I am looking for job opportunity in HR. I reside in Pakistan and I have more than 3 years of experience. Can somebody refer or guide me as to which medium is best to look for jobs in Qatar. Should I pay to recruiting sites like Bayt.com or monstergulf.com etc or should I search opportunites through LinkedIn

Do not pay for the job or to the jobsite. Instead focus on building contacts.
