I really need some realistic comments in terms of being their employee: how's working for AF? what are the rules and restrictions for their employees? do they respect the job offers they make to potential candidates?

I posted this topic about Al Fardan twice before without any notable replies. "Last call" would be just a figure of speech in this case to cheer people up...
