im going to resign this january but i heard that my company will release me after the 3 months for ex.....my resignation will be effective on january 31 but they will send me home by april 30... they will make us sacrifice first before letting us go??. i want to resign in samko international company due to 3 months salary delayement. im working here now and running in 3 months (july 09, 2009)but still no salary until now... also my rooms is not for bachelor as we agree on the contract(4 persons in a room.. my place is in front of toilet door).my working time here in ramadan is 6 am in the morning until 4:30 which i have a fix overtime for 300 qatari riyals...i work more than 10 hours a day. 6 days a week but my overtime is only 300 qatar riyals???...tell me what to do so i can resign by janauary without delayment on the effective day of my resignation...thank you
Do you have external auditors.. like us in the office.. our external auditors are Deloitte.. so I have a copy of the Qatar Labour Law.. cz they gave me.. so I suggest if you have external auditors..you can request a copy of qatar labour laws from them..
