Hello Everyone,
I hae been offered a job from a reputed contracting company in Qatar, presently i am working in Kuwait. I have 3 years experience and the offer that i hae received from Qatari company is QAR 8500 plus ticket, bonus extra etc. I am married and would like to move to Qatr with my family. Just wanted to know how is ths offer? Should i go ahead with tis offer or keep enjoying my job in Kuwait? How much it costs to rent a flat and presuming a normal (not lavish) lifestyle how much should i expect to save from my salary?
Hoping good response from people in Qatar!
Thanks in advance.

Good family room will be 300QR???? Where?

8500 Qr is not a bad offer if you live single. But depends on your wife, if she is also working, then also it is workable. If not, also you can survive, but cannot save enough. One Good family room will be 300QR + 1000 other expenses + Transport......you think yourself now.

The other point is your present salary also, if this offer is enough higher than that, go for it.

There will be no more sponsorship by locals in Kuwait in February. Why would you want to bother with a "Modern Slavery" system in Qatar?

for 3 years experience this is okay salary, but you have not mentioned your designations, if u are planning to stay with family and if accommodation allowance is included in this package, then you will save anything hardly.

if they are providing accomodation and educational expenese for kids, its thinkable, morevoer you should know their annual increment in policy, work atmosphere, management etc... FYI decent accomodation, you have to spend at least 4500 and kids fee approx 750 in medium indian school.

Are they providing accommodation along with 8500QAR? You won't save much if not.
