is it safe to rent a garage?

one of my friend told me that the qatar is going to demolish all the industries in industrial area from street no 2 to street number 33.

is that right?
i am planning to rent a garage in street number 14.
its a very old one. and is there any chance that they will demolish that garage for next 1 year?

please help. because i didnt made the agreement yet..

There are no streets in Industrial area... right now .... just street names....

They might do the streets... not demolish the buildings.... Industrial Area is away from the Glory that Doha is...lol
