Investment in Qatar - Seeking Advise

Hello All

I live in London at the moment and I would like to move to Doha and invest in a business. I'm looking to invest about (£100-200k).
I know that construction sector and Food/Beverage sector had good return on investment.

I would like to know what is the best way to go about this. Also as an expat am I allowed to buy a property?

Any business in Qatar must be owned at least 51% by a Qatari. You can only buy a residential property in certain areas such as the Pearl.
