How's the market in Doha for Female IT professionals?

Hi All

I'm a female IT professional and would like to start looking for a part time or work from home opportunities. We'll be moving from the US to qatar this Fall. Where do you recommend for me to start looking?. I looked at Bayt website but I do have a feeling from what I saw that most of the jobs are more like male/Manager opportunities what do you think? Is it ok for example for a female to be a manager in an oil company for example?

Then I'll let you know the stats here..

If you are specialized in Oracle ( as a DBA ) you can get a job the very next day you land in qatar.

Im sure you will get paid well. If your holding american passport thats really tough. I dont think so being an IT as part time but that will do here. Mostly here are looking for full time. But im sure you will get better paid if you work full time than part time.
