How to start new business in Qatar

I’m US Citizens and my existing business in Sudan, iwould like to know more about how to start new business in Qatar and how to find a decent sponsor cuz what I understood it has to be Qatari national involve
Also how much for the rent like small office or showroom doesn’t have to be in prime areas just has to be in decent area (no ghetto)

i think you must have at least 200,000 QR in your bank account so they let you open your own company
