r7: I don't trust the agencies. They sell people with false information. We have been victims of such deals. We hire through good maids that we already have - family and friends. They always turn out good mannered and well behaved.

Y don't u try one of the recruitment agency's its much easier.. Plus they have some kind of trial period etc.. so if ur not happy in a few months they will find u a replacement...
