all footballers are hired by dagoc - the olympic committee not by the clubs directly. you need to contact dagoc.

They also have strict restrictions about how many qatari/arab/african/european players there are per team.

they also like employing more well known and experienced players.....

so depends where he is from and how famous he is

also football season is over - so it is a little late now.
