Employment of married couples from abroad

Hello
Can You please tell mi is there some agency or company that intervene in the immigration of young married couples in Qatar. My wife and I are economists(Bachelor's degree), and we have 4 years old working experience in the insurance, and financial management and trading on Stock Exchange. We are originally from Bosnia, and would like to work and live in Qatar?
Are there any chances to both get permission to enter and work in Qatar?
