the immigration will not ask you if you have a visa in doha only the airline company will ask you if you have a return ticket from doha to manila.

No, stupidity and corruption is prevalent ONLY IN THE PHILIPPINES.

Since it is a business visa, he needs a round trip ticket and a copy of his visa on hand just in case immigration in SG will ask.

Very often SG will not ask for a copy of a visa, just a ticket.

In the Philippines, there are so many ways to extract money from departing passengers.....

Good Luck

i think SG will only require u ur visa to DOha and a return tiket to SG or return tiket directly to Phils. better check SG immigration first for u to be sure. Take care.

Phil immig. really sucks!

Wherever in the world the visa is traceable online by the immigrations. To me it looks like Philippine is a heavily corrupt government (and also backed) who have only one means of earning earning by moving their people out of the country and do nothing for the country. This country is completely spoilt and try to depend only on their migrant people with vary bad policies.

I do not know about the escort fee because it did not happen to me. But what i did is, i went to SG with return ticket to manila, i really did stayed there for couple of days. Then from SG to Doha. In SG they did not even ask me to show the copy of the visa :)

No, SG immig will just ask him how is he going to enter Doha, if he will say he have visa, thats it. They will not even ask him to show it.
