DATA FLOW MESSAGE?

I processed my data flow last month then I received this e mail from the data flow group this morning..

"Your application has been processed and report has been submitted to Ministry of Health, Qatar . Please contact Supreme Council for Health for further necessary action."

what is the meaning of this do i need to call the SCH, or my employer will be the one who will contact them?and by the way what will happen in the evaluation?

please help me... thank you...
