Bayt.com is a Scam. There are not jobs on this website, only a lengthy form that leads you to pay for their CV building services. That's all you will be getting from them. Bayt.com and Rabea Ataya is a Fraud. There are many articles on this individual and no one knows why the Dubai police is not doing anything about this fraudster. We demand Rabea Ataya by taken to jail for the crimes of stealing money from Jordanians and innocent Saudi residents.

Hi Kikekta,

No response from any employer must definitely mean something is missing in the resume you have posted.

I encountered the same barrier when I first registered with Bayt.com and I figured I actually had to make my resume more appealing in order for employers to take interest in it. As you probably reckon, Bayt.com is an intermediary between employers and job seekers (so the call doesn’t actually come from their office. It comes directly from the employer IF he’s convinced by your resume). What I did was resort to Bayt.com’s CV services. They honestly performed an impeccable job and I was getting calls from highly ranked companies right after I posted my new resume online.

You might want to give it a try! I honestly think the prices they offer are quite affordable compared to the excellent service they provide.

I am a member in Bayt.com it's 4 months now. NO reply from Qatar. Nothing. I had some replies from Dubai, but very rare. So this site is disappointing for me...I thought my CV might have been weak if nobody contacts me….I reedit it again and again…but no way…..I had more responses from Facebook ‘s middle east job groups than Bayt.com, the same silence from monstergulf.

Hi Askme,

Have you not been contacted by any employer through Bayt.com before? Even though you have been a member for a long time? Seems odd given my own experience.

You might want to check on your online profile again.

Make sure all your details are complete, most importantly you contact information and professional experience and always refresh your resume (there’s a button you can click to refresh your last update) so it jumps up the employers search list. I actually got several mailers about that from them – apparently if you don’t update or refresh your CV, newer CVs always take precedence over the old ones. Employers prefer new profiles. I am positive it will work out for you! Good Luck!

I have been living in Qatar for 4 years now and I have actually gotten employed through Bayt.com , in finance, barely 2 months after posting my online resume. Needless to say, I will for all time be thankful for I am, until this day, very much engaged in my job and committed to my company.

The bayt.com job site is definitely your fastest and most effective way to finding a job in Qatar and around the Middle East in any sector you wish for, and I am constantly astonished with the depth and quality of jobs they post on their site which I still visit regularly.

Bayt.com has more than 30,000 registered employers around the globe and a lot of people I know (including many in my present company which uses Bayt’s services a lot) have found their jobs using their services with no charge whatsoever. I think the trick is to make sure your online resume is complete, professional and constantly refreshed. It seems a lot of people don’t bother to ever update or complete their CVs. You are without doubt on the right track with Bayt.com! Best of luck!

my friend posted his CV there and is working now because someone told him after the call that they saw his CV there and he got the job that way ... We work in the same place but for me i had to do more than posting my CV there ...

Anyway ... it is just luck ... give it a try and who knows?
