Woqod extends Shafaf offer until December 31

The lightweight Shafaf cylinders, which are safer than the traditional metal ones, have been a huge hit with consumers.

In order to encourage more people to adopt to the new cylinders, Qatar Fuel Company (Woqod) had been running a special promotion which offered a QR100 discount to those exchanging their metal cylinders with new Shafaf ones. Under the scheme, a new cylinder is available for QR265.

Due to popular demand, that offer has been extended until December 31. Currently, the market has 250,000 Shafaf cylinders available at point of sales and retailers.
