Temperature in Qatar to climb up to 40 degrees today
Today is going to be a hot, dry day for Qatar with temperature reaching up to 40 degrees, slight dust at times and some clouds hovering above, predicts the Meteorology Department.
The forecast which is valid for today until 6PM also forewarns offshore climate to be hazy with some clouds.
Wind speed inshore is expected to be northwesterly to northeasterly 05 to 15/18 knots at places with sea breeze, while offshore will be southwesterly to northwesterly 05 to 15 knots. The maximum temperature in Doha is expected to hover around 40 degree Celsius, reports The Peninsula.
Visibility will be 04 to 09/03 kilometers at places at times. The sea state inshore will be between one to two feet, offshore will be one to three feet reaches four feet at times, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily report.
However, a recent tweet by the Met office in its official Twitter platform claims that cloud cover is expected to increase gradually between Monday and Wednesday with chances of scattered rain.
