Qatar expresses shock at Douma atrocity, calls for urgent international probe into chemical weapons use in Syria
Qatar strongly condemned the alleged use of the chemical weapons by the Syrian regime in the eastern city of Douma, calling for an urgent international investigation and bringing the war criminals in Syria to international justice, Qatar News Agency reported.
In the latest report by Al Jazeera, at least 85 people, including many women and children, were killed in Douma on Saturday, according to a statement by rescue workers and medical staff.
Qatar's Foreign Ministry expressed in a statement yesterday the country's deep shock at the horror of this atrocious crime that shook the conscience of humanity, and stressed that the impunity of war criminals in Syria has led to their continued perpetration of further violations and atrocities and undermined efforts to achieve justice and redress the victims.
According to The Peninsula, the statement stressed that any political solution in Syria will not lead to a successful and sustainable outcome without the punishment of those who are involved in the commission of these terrible crimes, describing the silence as a stain on the forehead of humanity.

that is such a sad heart wrenching picture; i know its all a test from the Almighty, pay of his supreme plan and we were promised an imperfect world with trials and tribulations; but it still breaks one's heart to see innocent people and innocent children caught up in the hatred and enmity of a corrupt few; it only makes the faith stronger that there is a perfect world after this one and where justice will be served to all; there has to be and it has to be...
This is really very very sad and deplorable.
