Qatar had recently announced that it was withdrawing itself from the Organisation of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) to focus more on ramping up its natural gas production.

Qatar’s Minister of State for Energy Affairs HE Saad bin Sherida Al Kaabi led the country’s final delegation to the OPEC meetings, ahead of the pullout beginning January 2019, reported Gulf Times.

Al Kaabi led the Qatari delegation to the 175th meeting of the OPEC ministerial conference, which discussed some developments related to the oil markets and production levels.

The meeting also reviewed some reports including the Secretary General’s report on oil market outlook, and the report of the 130th meeting of the Economic Commission Board, according to the Qatar Tribune.

He held discussions with Kuwait’s oil minister Bakheet Al Rasheedi, Omani oil minister  Muhamad bin Hamad Al Rumhi, their Iraqi counterpart Thamer Al Ghadban, Iran’s Bijan Zanganeh and Malaysia’s economy minister Mohamed Azmin Ali.

QL what is happening with you guys??? You have the time to moderate and move users' posts to the correct forums but you can't figure out these spam users? This "creditloan" user just joined and has posted 121 spam comments on every post and you let it happen? There have been spam messages advertising black magic and love spells and fortune tellers in india and giving email addresses to buy "the best weed in qatar" and wild animals like lion cubs; these posts push other genuine posts and queries down and out of the list and affects their visibility; I'm clueless about IT and related stuff; but surely there's some way to better manage these lowlife spammers? Thanks and best of luck :-)
