Pearl-Qatar’s Al-Mutahida tower to open by this year end
Pearl-Qatar’s Al Mutahida tower in Viva Bahriya is expected to be launched before the end of this year, said the marketing and communications director of United Development Company (UDC), Hussain Akbar al-Baker.
“This signature tower will be at a very luxury level, different from the other towers at The Pearl-Qatar. It will be in the market once everything is finalized. Now we are just taking information of potential clients, closer to the date we will call them for finalizing the deal”, he said.
UDC will also offer “great payment plans” to make it easier and more convenient for potential buyers, according to al-Baker, reports Gulf Times.
He said Viva Bahriya features a calm and quiet environment with its Moroccan-inspired architecture. The colours of the buildings are different from the rest.
Unlike Porto Arabia, the place has no retail outlets but it is more of townhouses and close to the beach.
Medina Centrale, another UDC project and known as the Town Centre of The Pearl-Qatar, has just started leasing the apartments, al-Baker said.
The property features 538 Mediterranean-style mid-rise apartments, as well as retail covering an area of 700,000sq m. It will also offer an indoor shopping complex called Souq Al Medina.
This was revealed ta an event where the company is showcasing the latest developments of its projects and properties, including Al Mutahida, at the three-day Cityscape Qatar 2016, which opened yesterday at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre.
