Ocean Basket opens restaurant at Mall of Qatar
With over 200 stores worldwide and 21 years’ of experience, Ocean Basket, ‘the seafood destination of choice,’ has launched a local flagship restaurant in the Mall of Qatar.
The broadsheet style menu boasts ‘delicious combos of prawns, fish and calamari and is most loved for its plentiful seafood platters that can be ordered fried or grilled to share.’
Its famous Hake fish is another firm favourite, while for sushi fans, in addition to traditional sushi, there is a completely new range of Mediterrasian sushi exclusive to the restaurant: A fusion Japanese sushi with a Mediterranean twist including ‘subtle and unexpected flavour’s like basil, red onion and origanum.
Francois Rousseau, COO, Oryx Group for Food Services, said the Oryx Group has been in Qatar for over a decade and understands the pulse of the market.
