This is ideal for residents of Qatar who do not want to own a PO Box or for infrequent receivers of mail. As long as we know your name and mobile phone number, we will contact you to come and collect your item at your preferred Qatar Post office. (It is important that people sending you mail in this way always include these details). 

Qatar Post will send you an SMS notification once the mail is ready for collection, so make sure your name and phone number is on the envelope. The charges for the Zero Box service is QR 15 per item received.
