More road closures in Doha for next week

Public Works Authority ‘Ashghal’ has announced temporary traffic diversions on Al Markhiya Street and Onaiza Street from tomorrow until Friday.

The diversion will be effected as Onaiza Roundabout is being converted to an intersection. 

This will divert traffic from routes leading to Onaiza Roundabout coming from Onaiza and Markhiya Streets to the local roads shown in green on the map.

Motorists coming from Lejbailat Intersection and heading to Onaiza Roundabout may use the alternative routes, shown on the road signs, that lead to Al Mishreb Street and then to Mishref Street.

Road users coming from Lekhweir (Barzan) Intersection and heading towards Onaiza Roundabout may follow a number of diversions that lead to Onaiza Street.

For road users coming from the Civil Defence Roundabout and heading towards Onaiza Roundabout, they may follow a number of diversions that lead to Lekhweir (Barzan) Intersection or to Lejbailat Intersection depending on their destination.

Road users coming from Omar Al Mukhtar Street and heading towards Onaiza Roundabout through Onaiza Street may follow a number of diversions that lead to the Lekhweir (Barzan) Intersection or to the Lejbailat intersection depending on their destination.
