If your Eid holidays are in Qatar, here are the working hours for banks, hospitals
With Eid holidays right around the corner, many public and private institutions have started making plans for their breaks.
It is learnt that financial institutions coming under Qatar Central Bank’s jurisdiction — including banks and insurance companies — will remain closed for nine days.
While the official holidays are from June 25 to 29, they will be closed for four additional days owing to two weekend holidays on June 23 and 24 and June 30 and July 1, reported Gulf Times.
Hospitals functioning under the Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) will also have the same holiday schedule (June 25 to July 3), but will function partially according to the following schedule, reported Gulf Times.
Morning shifts for health centres in Omar bin Kattab, Al Rayyan, Madinat Khalifa, Rawdat Al Khail, Abu Baker Sidiq, Leabaib, West Bay, Mesaimeer, Umm Ghuwailina and Airport area will be from 7am to 2pm and evening shift from 4pm to 11pm.
Dental Services’ working hours will be from 7am to 2pm and in the evening from 4pm to 11pm. None of them will operate on the first day of Eid Al Fitr and on Friday mornings.
Working hours for Health Centres outside Doha city will be as follows: Morning shift for health centres in Al Khor and Al Shamal will be from 7am to 2pm and 4pm to 11pm.

Ophthalmology Clinics
Rawdat Al Khail/Madinat Khalifa/Al Rayyan
Services will operate daily, during morning hours, except Friday.
ENT
Rawdat Al Khail
The clinic will operate daily in morning shifts, except on Fridays and Saturdays.
Dermatology
Abu Baker Sidiq
Work during morning hours only on June 25 (Sunday) and June 28 (Wednesday).
Leabaib
Work during morning hours on June 27 (Tuesday), June 29 (Thursday) and Juily 2 (Sunday).
Rawdat Al Khail
Work during morning hours on June 24 (Saturday) and June 26 (Monday).
The Qatar Calendar House, citing astronomical calculations, had said the holy month of Ramadan would end on June 24.
And yesterday, the Emiri Diwan announced that people working in ministries, government institutions and other public entities will get nine days of holidays — from June 25 to July 3.
ofcourse no such issues i think will be taken care from 2july onwards..
Please clarify, PHCCs will work partially during the holidays? so I can issue my family health card during this time?
