HMC plans its biggest-ever recruitment drive in history
The Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) had been one of the biggest national entities that aggressively cut down on its staff during the financial downturn.
But a few months down the line, HMC is preparing to have its biggest recruitment drive in history to fill up almost 2,690 vacancies by the end of the year, according to the Gulf Times.
The HMC, in a statement, said that the drive was aimed at ‘meeting the need for specialised clinical and non-clinical staff to work in the new hospitals and healthcare facilities, due to open in 2016/17 in Hamad Bin Khalifa Medical City.”
HMC is seeking qualified staff in medical, nursing and allied healthcare roles. While clinical roles are available to both Qataris and expatriates, administrative posts are available exclusively for nationals.
