HH the Amir meets Foreign Minister of Iraq
HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani yesterday met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Iraq Fuad Mohammed Hussein and the delegation accompanying him.
During the meeting, the Iraqi FM passed on the greetings of the President of Iraq Dr Barham Salih to HH the Amir, wishing him ongoing success and the Qatari people more progress and prosperity.
HH the Amir asked the Iraqi minister to convey his greetings to the President of Iraq, wishing him good health and wellness and more development for the people of Iraq.
The talks between the two sides focused on bilateral relations and ways to take them to new heights.
They also exchanged views on the most recent developments in the region as well as across the world.

Earlier, the Iraqi minister also met his Qatari counterpart, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani.
The meeting between the two ministers reviewed bilateral ties as well as looked at ways to stabilize and calm the situation in the region.
HE Sheikh Mohammed reaffirmed Qatar's solidarity with the brotherly nation of Iraq.
