The Heya Arabian Fashion Exhibition opens its 12th edition
The 12th edition of Heya Arabian Fashion Exhibition opened yesterday at the Doha Exhibition and Exhibition Center (DECC), showcasing the latest in Arabian and modest fashion.
Held under the patronage of Her Excellency Sheikha al Mayassa bint Hamad al Thani, this edition of Heya showcases the largest display of local designers to date with more than 150 abaya and modest fashion brands from over 15 countries taking part in the exhibition.
For the first time, participants include countries like Kuwait, Oman, India, Turkey, Lebanon, Indonesia, Morocco, Spain, Germany, Italy, Sri Lanka, the UK, France, Mexico and Hong Kong.
Also at the exhibition, How Women Work (HWW) has teamed up with Heya Arabian Fashion to inspire and educate more women with their 9th yearly programme, which is open to all ladies for free.
The 9th annual program of HWW, encourages all women in Qatar to make positive differences to their working lives and to the people around them. The complimentary workshops will take place today (Saturday) and tomorrow (Sunday) at 4pm at Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre (DECC). HWW encourages attendees to be there at 3:30pm.
