AC Delco BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Although the supervisor sheraf has looked after me very well, and has been good, I am shocked at how poorly my car has been treated by the garage. it seems that they are unwilling to take responsibility for anything and would rather shout at my and try to shut me up by confusing me with technical jargon! The garage had my car for over 2 weeks, gave me a bill for 7000qr and it seems the car has more problems now than with what it had before I went in.
3 examples; when a friend opened the bonnet, there was a lose pipe that was left lying across the engine block, there is also now a rattling noise coming from the wheels, and lastly upon acceleration there is now a ticking noise, none of these where problems before I handed my car in.
When I tried to discuss these issues, I was simply turned away. When I tried in vain to explain what I thought i was simply shouted down at and not listened to. I tried to explain that the hose pipe was sticking out of the hood, but the mechanic simply told me that it was impossible, when I asked if he thought I was telling lies he then suddenly stopped understanding English!
A lot of AC Delcos' customers are employed by QP, QF and QG,
AC Delco need to be very careful how they manage this complaint as they are are in danger of gaining a very poor reputation and making these customers, including myself, go elsewhere for car maintenance.
Al Khor is a very small place once word gets out.
I only bought the car 5 weeks, I bought it because it had no issues, and because my wife is about to give birth and this car was for her and the baby, as of yet, our delivery date is nw upon us and the garage are now refusing to have anything else to do with me!
I am an honest man and only ask that I am treated the same, not as some liying criminal, whoch is exactly how AC Delco have made me feel!
I am awaiting for a meeting with the manager of the garage and will wait to see what he says.

Give you complaint by e-mail with copy to other higher management , catch only one person & grind him nicely .................................................
Not only the manager meet the highest official ......... let them know the ground reality ........... keep the record of time & their utterings / wordings of disrespect to you .......................
