HH The Amir restructures Board of Directors of Qatar Development Bank

HH The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued today Amiri Decision No. 6 of 2025, restructuring the Board of Directors of the Qatar Development Bank.

The decision stipulated that the Board of Directors of Qatar Development Bank be reconstituted with the Minister of Finance HE Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari as Chairman, Minister of Commerce and Industry HE Sheikh Faisal bin Thani bin Faisal Al Thani as Vice Chairman.

National Planning Council Secretary General Dr. Abdulaziz bin Nasser bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, Undersecretary of Ministry of Commerce and Industry HE Mohammed bin Hassan Al Malki, Dr. Saud Abdullah Hamad Al Attiyah, Abdulaziz Ismail Al Ansari, Ashraf Abdul Rahim Abu Issa, and Mohammed Abdulaziz Al Dulaimi were appointed as Board members.

The decision is effective starting from the date of issue and is to be published in the official gazette.
