Ezdan question

Hi there,

Having accepted a work contract and done a bit of research on locations, I am looking at the Ezdan Oasis as a location to set up home (its about midway between work and the Corniche, which could work for me!).

Does anyone have any knowledge of the demographics/diversity of the development as I was hoping for a little older and wildly diverse... although from what I can tell 'wildly diverse' is just Qatar in general!
